Visitor analytics and performance

The Website runs built-in analytics provided by the hosting platform (Lovable). This service records basic interaction and page performance metrics:

• Page requests, relative page paths, and full page URLs, including any query parameters present in the browser address bar
• Referring websites and timestamps
• Browser user-agent and language setting (locale)
• Country-level location inferred from your device’s configured timezone
• Web Vitals technical performance data, such as page load speeds

To group page views into an ongoing visit, the analytics script sets a client-side cookie named session-id. This cookie has a rolling expiration of 30 minutes from your most recent interaction on the site.

Contact-form submissions are transmitted via a separate, direct request and never enter page URLs or analytics events. The analytics script does not collect screen resolution, form field contents, or GPS coordinates, and it is not connected to cross-site advertising networks.

Hosting and security

The Website is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Lovable and Cloudflare. Web servers record technical request logs, including IP addresses, timestamps, and requested resources, for network security, operational stability, and denial-of-service mitigation.

• Security cookie (__cf_bm): Cloudflare places a cookie to manage automated bot traffic. It expires after 30 minutes.
• Deployment routing (__dpl): A transient cookie may be used by the hosting platform during site deployments or preview routing to direct your browser to consistent site assets. On the live domain, deployment identifiers are typically transmitted via server response headers.

Web fonts

The Website loads typography using Google Fonts, hosted by Google LLC at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When a page loads, your browser sends a request directly to Google to download the font files. This request transmits your IP address and browser technical headers to Google.

When you use the “Send a note” form on the Website, the form collects your name, your email address, and your message text.

This information is processed through the website’s serverless backend and delivered to my business email account (hello@tatyanareigart.com), which is hosted on Google Workspace. An automated delivery confirmation is sent to the email address you provided via notify.tatyanareigart.com.

For sensitive medical information, please use the secure Jane patient portal.

Appointment scheduling, clinical intake forms, and billing are hosted on an external platform operated by Jane Software Inc. (“Jane”).

When you select “Book an Appointment,” you leave this Website and navigate to tatyanareigart.janeapp.com. Jane manages its own software platform, technical infrastructure, and security controls. My practice remains responsible for its professional handling, confidentiality, and management of your patient records under applicable legal standards. Please review Jane’s privacy policy and terms when creating your account.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) or “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals. The Website currently does not change its analytics collection in response to these signals.

Information collected through the Website is shared only with service providers that support core site operations:

• Hosting, routing, and analytics: Lovable Cloud and Cloudflare, Inc.
• Email delivery: Lovable transactional email system (notify.tatyanareigart.com).
• Email hosting: Google LLC (Google Workspace for hello@tatyanareigart.com).
• Font delivery: Google LLC (Google Fonts).
• Practice management and scheduling: Jane Software Inc. (tatyanareigart.janeapp.com).

I do not sell, rent, or trade website visitor data to third parties or commercial brokers.

• Contact inquiries: Messages sent via the contact form are retained in my email inbox as long as necessary to address your inquiry or maintain ongoing clinical correspondence if you become a patient.
• Server and analytics logs: Retention periods for server request logs and aggregate analytics entries are determined by the underlying platform providers (Cloudflare, Lovable, and Google) according to their standard operating practices.
